  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

C. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to All Countries.

  • Some items (e.g., fragrances, oversized products) may have shipping restrictions.

D. Missing or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is delayed, please check the tracking number first.

  • For lost or undelivered packages, contact us at info@lavieenstyle.com within 5 days of shipment.


2. Returns & Exchanges

A. Online Purchases

  • Return Window: 4 days from the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

How to Return:

  1. Log in to your account and request a return, OR

  2. Email info@lavieenstyle.com with your order number.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided return label (if applicable).

B. In-Store Purchases

  • Returns must be made within 4 days with a valid receipt.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit or original payment method (varies by location).

C. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (e.g., clearance, undergarments, personalized products).

  • Damaged or used items (unless defective).

D. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Online exchanges: Return the original item and place a new order.

  • In-store exchanges: Bring the item with a receipt for a quick swap.


3. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days at info@lavieenstyle.com. We’ll provide a free return label and process a replacement or refund.
